Fun, sun, and waffles. Soft and elegant interior featuring bubbles and bloodies at the bar. Our kitchen chefs up unique items, try the Migas, and indulging options, like big as your face caramel rolls, along with traditional morning menu staples.
As the sun fades, our space warms up to host your special event. We entertain Insta worthy groom’s dinners, hip staff parties and upscale community minded events.
why “red stu”
The one and only Red Stu.
He goes by Big Stu and Papa.
He grew up trapping and fishing in the lakes and woods of beautiful Kelliher, MN. He feels at home outdoors. Breakfast has always been his specialty, and he continues to refine his skills - wowing his beloved grandkids. He has taught me an excellent work ethic, how to see things through to the end, and to do your very best. My character comes from him, so naturally, I named this breakfast bar in his honor.
