Red Stu is named after my dad, Stu. He taught me what breakfast was supposed to be. Show up early. Make it from scratch. Take pride in doing something right and always make people feel welcome.
Truth be told, breakfast was his thing. He tried his hand at plenty of other dishes over the years, but breakfast was where he shined.
That’s the spirit Red Stu is built on. Scratch made food, generous plates, and the kind of breakfast that feels familiar for a reason.
A Breakfast Bar, Plain and Simple
Red Stu is a breakfast bar because that’s how breakfast should feel.
Good food. Hot coffee. A place to sit that doesn’t rush you out the door.
Some mornings are quiet. Some turn into brunch. Some start with pancakes and end with a Bloody Mary. The bar’s there for all of it.
Come hungry. Stay as long as you want.
