Imagination Dinner
A Night Built Around Food, Wine, and Giving Back
Once a year, Red Stu hosts something a little different.
The Imagination Dinner is a ticketed, coursed dining experience where we slow things down, raise the bar, and put together a meal that’s meant to be enjoyed start to finish. Thoughtfully crafted dishes. Wine pairings. Good conversation at the table.
Why We Do It
For the past six years, we’ve partnered with the United Way of Bemidji Area to raise funds for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The Imagination Library sends a free book every month to enrolled children from birth through age five. One book. Every month. Right to their home.
Last year alone, the Imagination Dinner helped support over 600 local kids, and together we’ve raised more than $20,000 through past events.
Good food is great. Good food that helps kids build a love for reading is even better.

About the Imagination Library
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a United Way program that promotes early childhood literacy by mailing free, age-appropriate books to children each month.
Children living in Beltrami, Hubbard, and Clearwater counties are eligible to participate.
If you’ve ever seen a kid light up when they open a new book, you already understand why this matters.
